Cabasse stream 1

Hello everyone,
I have a Cabasse stream 1 device that is not working anymore
I am able to connect only through Bluetooth, but when playing music nothing can be heard from the speakers
All the light near the reset and WPS buttons are off.
No other connection ability through wifi or cable works.
Any advice on how to hard reset or firmware update the device?
